Microwave Meat Loaf Ring

  1. Mix first three ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Then combine the rest of ingredients.
  3. Put the sugar and beef mixture together, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Place mixture in a 6-cup microwave-proof ring mold.
  5. (A ring mold can be made with a microwave-proof bowl and a glass placed in center.)
  6. Pour the reserved 2 ounces tomato sauce over the meat mixture.
  7. Cook on High for 12 to 14 minutes or until done (time may vary according to your microwave.)
  8. Yields 6 servings.

brown sugar, tomato sauce, mustard, ground chuck, onion, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper
