Lasagne

  1. Brown meats until done and drain; set aside.
  2. Simmer tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic and then add meat.
  3. Mix together the Ricotta, parsley, eggs, spices, dash of salt and pepper and Parmesan in a bowl.
  4. In lasagne pan, place in alternating layers the noodles, cheese mixture, Mozzarella and meat sauce.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
  6. Serves 12. Excellent.
