Traditional Cinnamon-Walnut Coffee Cake

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in raisins and 1/2 cup walnuts.
  2. Transfer to a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and remaining walnuts. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
