Swiss Ham Ring
- 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. flakes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Combine parsley, onion, mustard, margarine and lemon juice.
- Add cheese, ham and broccoli; set aside.
- Separate crescent rolls.
- On greased cookie sheet, arrange with points out in a circle with bases overlapping.
- Spoon mixture onto bases.
- Fold points over and tuck under bases.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 3 hours.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
