Quick Chocolate Chip Cookie Pops

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Transfer to a larger bowl if necessary. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 3 in. apart onto ungreased
  3. . Insert a wooden stick into each cookie if desired. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
