Cinnamon Bars

  1. Cream butter or margarine and 3 tablespoons 10x sugar until fluffy in medium-size bowl; stir in flour gradually, then pecans until well blended.
  2. Chill several hours or until firm enough to handle.
  3. Roll dough, a teaspoonful at a time, into marble-size balls between palms of hands; place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in slow oven at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  5. Cool on cookie sheets 5 minutes; remove carefully.
  6. Roll in 10x sugar in pie plate while still warm to make a generous white coating; cool completely on wire racks. Store with waxed paper or transparent wrap between layers in container with tight-fitting cover.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
