Taco Pie

• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
• 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. shredded cheese
• 1/4 c. shredded lettuce
• 1/2 c. chopped tomato
• 1/4 c. sour cream

1. Grease 10-inch pie plate.
2. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
3. Drain off grease.
4. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
5. Spoon into pie plate.
6. In blender, put milk, Bisquick mix and eggs. Blend until smooth.
7. Pour over meat mixture.
8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes or until center comes clean on knife.
9. Sprinkle with cheese; bake only until cheese is melted.
10. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato.
11. Dot with sour cream.
12. Cut and serve.
