Apple Lasagna(Makes 12 To 15 Servings)
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. Ricotta
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 (20 oz.) cans apple pie filling
- 8 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- Cook noodles, rinse and drain; set aside.
- Combine Cheddar, Ricotta, egg, granulated sugar and almond extract in medium bowl; blend well.
- Spread 1 can apple pie filling over bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Layer 4 noodles over filling, spread cheese mixture over noodles.
- Top with remaining 4 noodles, then remaining can of pie filling.
