Chicken-And-Vegetable Platter

  1. Arrange frozen vegetables on a microwave-safe round 12-inch platter.
  2. Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  3. Vent and microwave at High 4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon basil over vegetables, stirring gently.
  5. Push vegetables to center, leaving a 3-inch border.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with remaining salt, pepper and basil; arrange chicken around vegetables with thickest portion to outside.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions.
  8. Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High 8 to 9 minutes, or until chicken is tender, giving platter a half turn after 4 minutes.
  9. Let stand 3 minutes.
  10. Drain liquid from platter.
