Nacho Dip

  1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in bean dip, chili seasoning mix, hot sauce, parsley, taco sauce, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
  8. Yields about 3 1/2 cups.
