Tex-Mex Turkey Enchiladas

  1. Place first 6 ingredients over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup Monterey cheese.
  3. Spoon a scant 1/3 cup turkey mixture down the center of each of 8 flour tortillas; roll and place seam side down in a lilghtly greased 12x7-inch baking dish.
  4. Spoon 3/4 cup picante sauce evenly over the enchiladas; cover with 1 cup cheese.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Serves 4.
