Contest-Winning Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, poppy seeds, extracts and flavoring. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture until blended.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
