Easy Spinach Lasagna

  1. Mix tomatoes, sauce and water and place a small amount in bottom of 9 x 12-inch deep foil baking pan.
  2. Layer 3 dry noodles. Mix Ricotta and spinach and layer with noodles and sauce.
  3. Add some Cheddar along with garlic and basil.
  4. Pour remaining sauce on top and Mozzarella last with parsley and any remaining Cheddar. Cover with foil.
  5. This can all be done ahead of time.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Remove foil last 30 minutes.
  8. Let sit 30 minutes before serving.
