Frosted Meat Loaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and paprika. Add ground beef, pork and ham; mix well. Pat meat mixture into a 7-1/2x3-3/4x2-1/4-in. loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160u0b0. Drain. Invert meat loaf onto a heat-proof platter.
  3. In a bowl, combine frosting ingredients. Cover top and sides of meat loaf with frosting mixture. Place under a preheated broiler; broil until lightly browned.
