Hoisin Cocktail Meatballs
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
- Shape into scant 1-in. balls. Place in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 until meat is no longer pink, 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients; heat through. Serve with meatballs.
