Celebration Chicken Buns

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add green pepper, celery, onion and garlic.
  2. Saute until crisp-tender. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, chili powder and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in chicken. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture over bottom half of each bun. Replace top.
  6. Makes 8 servings.
