Maple Cran-Apple Breakfast Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0. Grease a 15x10x1-in. baking pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of prepared pan. Brush dough with 2 tablespoons maple syrup. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  2. In a small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Spoon onto crust.
  3. Toss apple slices with lemon juice. Top pizza with apple, cheese, sausage and cranberries. Bake 5-7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with remaining syrup.
