Gram'S White Chili

  1. Combine beans (drained), chicken broth, 1/2 of the onions and garlic in large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer until beans are very soft.
  3. Add more broth if necessary. Saute remaining onions in oil until tender. Add chilies and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Add to bean mixture. Add chicken and simmer 1 hour.
  4. Serve with cheese and cornbread or chips.
