Swedish Meatballs

  1. Combine beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, 2 teaspoons salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg and milk; mix thoroughly. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  2. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonful into balls.
  3. In a large skillet, slowly brown and cook meatballs in oil.
  4. Remove meatballs and keep warm.
