Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Place prepared chicken, vegetables and seasonings in a large soup kettle.
  2. Cover with hot water.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Turn down to medium low; simmer slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  6. May have to add 1 more cup water.
  7. Remove chicken from broth.
  8. Drain broth back in pan.
  9. Place chicken on a plate.
  10. Put in fridge to cool. Remove skin after cool.
  11. Remove meat from bones and return to broth.
  12. Bring to boil again.
  13. Add noodles.
  14. Turn to simmer until noodles are tender.
  15. Add 1 tablespoon parsley flakes.
  16. Enjoy!
