Buffalo Beef Burgers

  1. In a small bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add mayonnaise and hot sauce; beat until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Crumble beef into a large bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160u0b0 and juices run clear.
  4. Place on rolls. Top each with 2 tablespoons Buffalo mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon each of celery and cheese.
