Inga'S Rolls

  1. Bring milk and margarine
  2. to a boil.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  4. Beat eggs,
  5. sugar
  6. and
  7. salt.
  8. Pour milk mixture, yeast and egg mixture together
  9. and
  10. stir
  11. in milk.
  12. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  13. Two hours
  14. before baking, set out in a warm spot.
  15. After 2
  16. hours,
  17. punch
  18. dough
  19. down,
  20. divide
  21. into thirds.
  22. Roll each third into
  23. a circle and cut into 12 wedges with a sharp knife.
  24. Roll
  25. each
  26. wedge, beginning at wide end. Brush with egg and water mixture and sprinkle with sesame seed before baking.
  27. Bake 10 minutes at 425u0b0.
  28. Yield: 3 dozen.
