Apple Pear Crisp
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium ripe pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Divide between two greased 8-oz. ramekins.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar and pie spice; stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
