Chicken Fettucini Alfredo
- 4 halves chicken breasts (boned)
- 1 pkg. fettucini noodles
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 12 oz. can milk
- 1 large can Parmesan cheese
- black pepper
- garlic salt
- parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- Season chicken pieces with black pepper and garlic salt.
- Cook in 1/2 stick of margarine over low heat until tender.
- Dice the chicken.
- Saute green onions (lightly) in pan chicken was cooked in.
- Add to diced chicken.
- Cook fettucini according to package directions, adding 1 tablespoon oil to water.
- Drain noodles (do not rinse).
- Return noodles to pan.
- Add the 1 stick of margarine and canned milk.
- Toss with forks until margarine is melted.
- Toss in Parmesan cheese, chicken, onions and 1 tablespoon parsley flakes.
- Serve immediately.
