Chicken Broccoli Casserole
- 1 pkg. (6 or 7 oz.) wide noodles, cooked
- 2 c. cooked diced chicken breast
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Saute onion and butter in skillet until tender.
- Add salt and black pepper, chicken and mushroom soup.
- Stir in cooked broccoli, noodles and milk; mix well.
- Add Mozzarella cheese; mix well.
- Add 3/4 cup of Cheddar cheese and stir all together.
- Pour in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350u0b0 in oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
