Cranberry-Sauerkraut Meatballs

  1. Mix together ground beef, eggs, onion soup mix, water and crackers.
  2. Form into balls 1 1/2 inches in diameter, then brown in skillet.
  3. To make sauce, combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Lightly grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Spread half of sauce over bottom. Top with meatballs, then remaining sauce.
  5. Cover and bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer.
  7. Serve over noodles or rice.
  8. Makes about 3 dozen, about 8 to 10 servings.
