Cherry Vanilla Mini Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat the egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cherries.
  2. Fill greased or paper-lined miniature muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400u0b0 for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
