Rocky Road Nut Cake

• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
• 1 c. oleo, melted
• 4 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1 c. brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 c. oleo
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. sifted powdered sugar

1. Sift together sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
2. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix until well blended.
4. Stir in nuts and 1 cup oleo. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with marshmallows.
7. Combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup oleo, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan.
8. Boil 3 minutes.
9. Add powdered sugar.
10. Mix until smooth. Drizzle over marshmallows.
