Pineapple Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
  4. Sift flour with powdered milk, baking powder and salt.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  6. Add flour mixture alternately with juice mixture to creamed butter and sugar, beating well with each addition.
  7. Add coconut, stirring well.
  8. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
