Italian Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown meat in a heavy kettle, drain.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the green beans, corn and macaroni.
  3. Bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
