Brunch Pie(Good For Any Meal)

  1. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with margarine.
  2. Mix hash and 1 beaten egg; press into plate to form crust.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes. Saute onion in 3 tablespoons margarine.
  4. Layer cheese, sauteed onion and vegetables in crust.
  5. Beat together remaining eggs, evaporated milk, flour, mustard, garlic powder and pepper.
  6. Pour over mixture in crust.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
