Aunt Daudies' Fruit Cake

  1. Soften margarine.
  2. In very large bowl, mix by hand the margarine, sugar and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients and orange juice. Add candied fruit, nuts, dates and coconut.
  4. Mixture will be stiff.
  5. Place in greased pans.
  6. Will make several small cakes. Fill pans to about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake in 225u0b0 oven (no higher) 3 hours or until light brown.
  8. Will store well for 2 to 3 months. Store, tightly covered.
