Noodle Beef Stroganov
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 8 oz mushroom, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp instant beef bouillon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- snipped parsley
- hot cooked noodles
- Cut beef into strips 1 1/2
- x 1/2 inch.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a 10 inch skillet, add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender about 8 minutes.
- Remove vegetables and any liquid from skillet.
- Cook and stir beef in 2 Tbsp butter until brown about 10 minutes, add water, bouillon, salt, pepper.
- Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer until beef is desired doneness about 15 minutes. Add vegetable mixture.
- Heat to boiling, stir in sour cream and mustard, heat just until hot.
- Serve with hot noodles, garnish with parsley.
