Tacos
- 1 lb. pinto beans (dry)
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 lb. ground beef
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- hot sauce
- cheese, grated
- lettuce
- tomato sauce
- tomatoes (fresh)
- onion
- lettuce
- olives
- tortillas
- oil
- Cook beans until tender.
- Drain. Add corn (drained). Set aside.
- Saute ground beef and onion until cooked through.
- Drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder and hot sauce to taste.
- Add to beans and corn.
- In another dish, grate cheese. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onion.
- In skillet, put in oil and fry tortillas quickly, will be soft.
- Make filling in shell.
- Enjoy.
