Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Beat flour,
  2. sugar,
  3. vinegar and eggs and put in top of double boiler.
  4. Add
  5. juice from one large can chunky pineapple and
  6. juice from
  7. maraschino cherries.
  8. Cook until thick (this doesn't take very
  9. long)
  10. and
  11. cool.
  12. Add
  13. into cooked sauce, marshmallows, cut up
  14. cherries
  15. and cut up pineapple.
  16. Put in large bowl
  17. and let set in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then beat
  18. whipping cream (not Dream Whip or Cool Whip).
  19. Add this and
  20. nuts
  21. to custard.
  22. Put in cupcake papers and put in muffin tins
  23. to freeze.
  24. Put
  25. in covered container in freezer and they will keep a long time.
  26. Makes about 25.
