Low-Fat Bran Muffins

  1. Combine bran flakes, milk, egg whites and oil; let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir by hand until well blended.
  3. Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray or use paper liners and fill tins 2/3 full of batter.
  4. Bake in preheated 400u0b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Approximately 150 calories per muffin and 2 grams of fat.
  6. Makes 24 muffins.
