Creole Jambalaya(Microwave)

  1. In 3-quart dish, put oil and yellow onion.
  2. Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
  3. Add green onions and green pepper.
  4. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  5. Add water, chicken cubes, parsley, salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Kitchen Bouquet and pepper.
  6. Microwave on High for about 3 or 4 minutes or until water starts to boil.
  7. Add rice and meat or seafood.
  8. Stir and cover with lid or plastic wrap (preferably with lid) and microwave on 50% Power for 12 minutes more, covered.
  9. Let stand about 8 to 10 minutes.
