Coney Sauce

  1. Combine tomato sauce, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Cook until thick, about 10 minutes.
  3. Brown sausage; break into small pieces with a fork.
  4. Spoon a tablespoonful of warm tomato sauce into each bun, then a spoonful of meat.
  5. Top with a slice of cheese.
  6. Brown open buns in hot oven (400u0b0) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
