Shrimp Lovers Chili

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil in large pan until tender.
  2. Add picante sauce, tomato sauce, broth and seasonings; boil.
  3. Stir in yellow squash; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp and zucchini.
  5. Cover and continue to simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender.
  6. Ladle into bowls. Add additional picante sauce.
  7. Serves 5.
