Chocolate-Zucchini Muffins

  1. Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup sour milk.
  3. Beat well with a mixer.
  4. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  5. Beat well with mixer. Stir in diced zucchini.
  6. Spoon batter into lined muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with chocolate chips.
  7. Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and dry.
