Garden Style Lasagna

  1. In a skillet, brown ground chuck; drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and prepare frozen spinach according to directions on the package.
  3. Drain thoroughly.
  4. In a large, deep skillet, simmer mushrooms, tomato, onion, spinach, pepper, garlic and bell pepper until tender.
  5. Add meat.
  6. This helps flavors blend.
  7. While vegetables simmer, cook lasagna noodles according to directions on the package.
  8. Drain noodles.
