Peaches N Cream Pie
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 1/8 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. sliced peaches
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Grease bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan.
- Combine first seven ingredients and pour into pan.
- Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons juice; spread peaches on mixture in pan.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in small bowl; beat at medium speed for two minutes.
- Spoon to within one inch of edge of batter.
- Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
