Seafood Stuffed Shells

  1. Prepare macaroni shells.
  2. Chill 1 hour.
  3. Place cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper in blender.
  4. Cover.
  5. Blend on high, stop occasionally to scrape sides, about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove and reserve 1/2 cup.
  7. Add parsley and basil to blender.
  8. Cover. Blend on high for 45 seconds, until smooth.
  9. Chill.
