Italian Antipasto Salad
- 1 box small sea shells
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. salami, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 lb. cooked ham or Spam, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 stick pepperoni, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 can pitted black olives, chopped
- garlic powder
- garlic salt
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- Cook and drain shells.
- Season with garlic powder and garlic salt; add oregano, salt and pepper.
- Add green pepper, onion, salami, ham, cheese, pepperoni, celery, olives and mix with dressing mix (follow directions on package).
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Add more dressing in morning if needed.
