Italian Burgers

  1. Mix beef, onions, sweet peppers, basil, oregano, garlic and black pepper. Shape into 4 burgers. Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and warm over medium-high heat. Add the burgers and brown on both sides. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve burgers on toasted bread and top with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon of tomatoes and another toast slice.
