Hearty Ham Balls
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 pounds ground fully cooked ham
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 to 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons ground mustard
- In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, eggs and milk; crumble the ham, beef and pork over the mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/4-in. balls. Place in two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 45-50 minutes or until browned and meat juices run clear, basting several times.
