Gingerbread Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
  3. Combine flour, sugars, soda, salt and spices in a large bowl; set aside. Combine buttermilk, oil, egg, egg whites and molasses.
  4. Add flour to buttermilk mixture; do not overmix.
  5. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes, or until done.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
  7. Can be heated lightly; warm in microwave oven.
  8. Very good.
