Chocolate Chip Cookies(Diabetic)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cream margarine and brown sugar substitute.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; cream until light.
  4. Combine dry ingredients.
  5. Add dry ingredients to margarine mixture alternately with milk; stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Makes 36 cookies.
