Banana-Granola Muffins

  1. Combine flour, 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons granola and next four ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  2. Combine sour cream and next five ingredients; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
  3. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray; sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon granola evenly over muffins.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0 for 17 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from pan immediately.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen (serving size: 1 muffin).
