Stuffed Burger Bundles

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the milk, salt and thyme. Crumble beef over milk mixture and mix well. Shape mixture into eight thin patties. Divide stuffing among four patties; top with remaining patties and press edges firmly to seal.
  2. Place in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 35-40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160u0b0 and juices run clear.
  3. For sauce, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with burgers.
